SEO Parity Audit

The SEO Parity Audit ($490) is a diagnostic service. Because work begins immediately upon purchase, refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase and before audit delivery begins.

If the audit has already been delivered, refunds are not available. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the deliverable, contact us and we will work to address your concerns.

Rebuild Engagements

Rebuild projects are scoped and invoiced per milestone. Refund terms are established in the project proposal agreement.

Ops Retainer

Monthly Ops retainers can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Refunds are not provided for the current billing period.

Audit Credit

If you purchased the audit and proceed with a rebuild within 14 days, the $490 audit fee is applied as credit toward the rebuild cost.
