1. Services

SEOParity provides SEO audit, website migration, and ongoing optimization services. Service scope is defined per engagement through audit deliverables or proposal agreements.

2. Payment

The SEO Parity Audit is a fixed-price service ($490 USD) payable at time of purchase. Rebuild and Ops engagements are scoped and priced per proposal.

3. Audit Credit

The audit fee may be applied as credit toward a rebuild engagement if the rebuild is booked within 14 days of audit delivery.

4. Delivery

Audits are delivered within 72 hours of purchase. Rebuild timelines are established in the project proposal.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables produced for their project. SEOParity retains the right to use general methodologies and frameworks.

6. Limitation of Liability

SEOParity provides migration services designed to preserve search equity. We do not guarantee specific ranking outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
